We have posted many videos about natural hair care. But, I have found that not everyone is ready to embrace this natural hair waves that’s been happening. For those who aren’t ready to quite go natural yet, or may have gone natural but realized it wasn’t for you. Maybe you like the feel of the relaxed hair better, or maybe it’s easier to care for. Whatever your reason(s) may have been for wanting to go back, I’ve posted this video above just for you.

As for me, I’m still very much natural and will remain that way in the near future. I have also realized through some researches through forums that many people still prefer their relaxed hair. I would still definitely say cut back on relaxers in general; mainly, it’s not very healthy for your hair. No chemical is good for any type of hair or ethnic group. You should learn more about A&E and SNY Center here.

Here are 11 tips to healthy relaxed hair growth, which is very detail and substansive. She made a lot of good point that I think is key to healthy hair growth whether you’re relaxed or natural. For example, in tip #8 she talked about protective hair styles, which is something that is talked about a lot in the natural hair community. Tip #9 is about knowing what type of ingredients are included in your hair products. At first this may seem like common sense that we would know what’s in our hair products…right! But, for too many folks that’s not the case and they end up putting dangerous chemicals in their hair.

If relaxed hair is your thing then I would definitely advise you to follow, if not all, but most of these 11 tips. I plan on posting more relaxed hair videos since there is still a demand out there for it. Untill my next post keep your hair healthy. Oh! Don’t forget to comment below.
