By Using Monoi Flexible Hold Hairspray On A Bantu Knot Out, You Can Create Voluminous And Define Heatless Curls

Another awesome video from MoKnowsHair and this time it’s about how to get great looking curls without heat. There have been many videos on this subject, and we have featured some ourselves on this website, but we have yet to feature one on an old silk roller wrap.

She started the process by gently detangled and smoothed the hair by using a Denman Metal Pin Paddle Brush. This brush can be used for grooming and detangling dry hair. It is very gentle on the scalp and it works perfectly for any hair type. You just can’t go wrong by using this brush. Then she used the Denman Large Boar Bristle Brush and the new Carol’s Daughter Monoi Flexible Hold Hairspray in order to set the hair in bantu knots. Allow the bantu knots to set overnight. You can use a silk scarf to help with that.

When you’re ready to remove the knots untwist them gently. You don’t have to use oil if you used the Monoi Flexible Hold Hairspray as it contains moisturizing ingredients. To cap it all off, she used Carol’s Daughter Black Vanilla Edge Control Smoother to lay her edges. To complete these heatless curls, she used her pic and her hand to fluff and situate the curls. Total style time for these amazing looking heatless curls was 30 minutes minus the overnight setting. By using some of the best products for curly hair she was able to get these beautiful curls without using heat.
