Here is a good tutorial on doing a twist out on natural hair that is long. She used chunky twist sections, so putting it up might be a little time consuming, however, the finished product was very good.
Your hair will be full of volume and yet have plenty of movement. I will definitely be giving this technique a try myself very soon and keep you all posted on my results. Let us know if this technique worked out well for you when you try it on your hair.
