DIY Hair Mask With Organic Mayo And Avocado For Natural Hair Conditioning, Strength & Growth

We’ve all experienced damaged hair at some point. Whether it’s through blow drying, inconsistent weather, hot iron, or whatever. Today we turned to Melissa Denise to share her diy hair mask, which is a very simple one that doesn’t require a lot. It calls for organic mayo, a couple of eggs, olive oil, and half of an avocado. That’s it.

Just add all together, and voila! You might want to do more if your hair is very long. When it comes time to apply the mixture, make sure you have towel or plastic bags underneath your feet, in order to protect your floor. This can get very messy as you will hear in the video. This can be applied to dry or wet hair, but it’s easier on follicles that are wet. She recommends that you cover your hair with a plastic bag, and leave the mixture in your hair for 2 to 3 hours. In the meantime, turn on Netflix and binge watch Scandal to pass the time.

When you’re done make sure to wash it out in the shower using your favorite shampoo and conditioner method. Now you’re set with Soft, shiny, healthy locks.
