This is a thorough kinky natural hair regimen for the beautiful ladies with kinky textured hair. It’s in two parts. Part one covers how to shampoo and deep condition your hair. And part two goes into some details about de-tangling and how to moisturize your natural hair. We begin with part one video above.
Shampoo and Deep Condition
In part one, she begins by showing us how she sections her hair to wash and deep condition. She mostly focuses on her scalp not so much the strands. She massages and scrub the scalp with her fingers without using her nails, she didn’t scratch her scalp. Her hair is well sectioned and she applied the shampoo before she got into the shower.
De-tangle and Moisturize
This is an important video, not just for the current subject matter, but for how she cares for her hair. As you saw, there is a sense of care in the way she touches her hair. She is very gentle with how she maneuver the hair, it’s so important I just wanted to point that out.
This video shows how she de-tangles and moisturizes her natural hair. Again, sections were used to part the hair. Working with your hair by sections is very important especially if your hair is densed like hers, it makes the hair more manageable. She uses a wide tooth comb for the de-tangling process.
That’s it. You can follow her regimen for healthy, shine, and beautiful natural hair. Just repeat that every 2 to 3 weeks. I do mine every 1 or 2 weeks, but I don’t go into that much details. I like to give my hair a rest by pressing it every now and then.
