Today’s video is more of a review for hot head conditioning cap. The Hot Head Conditioning Cap is a reusable heat cap filled with flax seed, it generates warm heat when placed in a microwave for a couple of minutes. I have yet to personaly use it, but I will rely on Mo’s video above to do most of the talking for it.

I’ve looked into it some more myself and there have been some claims, one of which is with just a couple of minutes in the microwave it will produce up to 45 minutes of heat.

What are the advantages versus other forms of deep conditioning?
I always believe heat is necessary to most effectively deep condition, opening the cuticle and allowing the product to penetrate to nourish, moisturize and repair.
