Workplace discrimination is something that, unfortunately, we are all accustomed to. There are some that are subtle and yet others that are in your face discrimination. Now to be fair at this point, we are only getting one side of the story which is the employee’s side. At the same time, it is not hard for us to imagine a manager would get that out of line.
If you look at the history of discrimination, in the U.S, you will find plenty. Black people are accustomed to these kind of abusive treatments, particularly black women, over their hair.
