The key word for today is MOISTURE….
Yes, this 7 letter word can make or break (no pun intended) your natural hair health. Retaining moisture can be such a daunting task, even I still struggle with this. That was until I stumbled upon this video. I watched it and was very enlightened by her suggestions on how to infuse moisture into the entire washing process and not just at the end which is what I have been doing.
I am especially interested is making the new mixture of glycerin and water to maintain my moisture level throughout the week. I think this will be very beneficial considering that glycerin is know for attracting moisture as apposed to other items that seem to repel it.
